The Parkway investor hub provides access to investment related information, as well as a platform for both existing and prospective shareholders, to engage with Parkway.

We believe water is the key to sustainability - as major sustainability related goals such as the energy transition and decarbonisation, are only achievable through the efficient use and recycling of water. We also believe innovative water treatment technologies such as those being commercialised by Parkway, provide a promising pathway to addressing long term sustainability related challenges.

At Parkway, we are building an advanced industrial water treatment technology company. We are tackling some of the most difficult industrial water and wastewater related challenges, whilst building an innovative business, with the potential to create and unlock billions in strategic value.

Our journey on the ASX commenced in May 2011, when Parkway was predominantly focused on the exploration of fertiliser minerals. Through a series of strategic corporate transactions, including the acquisition of Activated Water Technologies, since 2019, Parkway has undergone a systematic transformation into a leading industrial water treatment technology company. In addition to the primary listing on the ASX, shares in Parkway also trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE:4IP), as an increasing proportion of Parkway is owned by European investors. In recent times, European investors have enthusiastically embraced ESG related investments, both as an attractive investment thematic, as well as a means to support important environmental changes.

We are already supporting industry through our leading range of water treatment related products and services, whilst our research and engineering teams work tirelessly to develop innovative technologies, to provide the next generation of state-of-the-art solutions.

Developing next-generation solutions, for a more sustainable, tomorrow.

In recent years, Parkway has developed, and now own, a portfolio of highly innovative process technologies, supported by patents, extensive knowhow, pilot plants, and a highly experienced in-house technical team. As we progress the commercialisation of our proprietary technologies, our in-house capabilities are supported by world-class researchers at Victoria University and leading global engineering company Worley. With the support of our long-term strategic partners, Parkway recently completed a comprehensive feasibility study for a major global energy company, highlighting the advantages of Parkway’s proprietary process technologies.

We’ve recently announced several technological breakthroughs, where we’ve been able to successfully treat toxic wastewater from the oil and gas industry with our proprietary technologies, to eliminate the waste, recover fresh water and produce a range of valuable industrial chemical products. This case-study highlights how our innovative technologies are providing a pathway to improving the sustainability of industrial operations, as well as achieving improved financial returns, whilst supporting a circular economy. While our technology arm (Parkway Process Technologies, PPT) is focused on tackling large-scale, complex, and long-term industrial water treatment related challenges, our operating business (Parkway Process Solutions, PPS), is increasingly providing solutions to a growing list of tier-1 clients, and recently reported record revenues. As our PPS business continues to grow, we expect this to provide the ideal platform for us to introduce our growing range of proprietary process technologies, being developed by PPT, to global markets.

At Parkway, we think Leonardo da Vinci was ahead of his time, when he suggested that “Water is the driving force of all nature”. The importance of water in all natural systems is increasingly being recognised as being fundamentally important. The growing awareness of the importance of decarbonisation, is also increasingly drawing attention to natural ecosystems and the importance of conserving biodiversity, including the alarming statistic that by 2030 more than half the global population is expected to face severe water stress. These are significant challenges, where the role of managing water will only become more important, over time. At Parkway, we are increasingly playing our part, and working with our partners and industry, to ensure we can leverage our technologies to provide the maximum impact.
